U.S. EMPLOYEE HEALTH and WELFARE BENEFITS
We offer a comprehensive benefits package available the first of the next month following employment. Compressor Controls Corporation pays the majority of the premium cost, while employees pay a portion of the cost on a pre-tax basis.

Medical

  • Preferred provider organization (PPO) plan, including health and dependent/day care reimbursement account option (listed below)
  • Prescription coverage available

Dental

  • 100 percent coverage for routine check-ups and cleanings
  • Cavity repair, root canals and restoration coverage
  • Orthodontia (adults and dependent children)

Vision

Eye exam, lenses or contacts, and frames coverage

Employee Assistance Program

  • Professional and confidential counseling services
  • Legal, financial and family support including Internet services encompassing all of these areas

Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Health care reimbursement account for up to $5,000 per year on a pre-tax basis to pay for health care expenses not covered by insurance
  • Dependent care reimbursement account for up to $5,000 per year on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified dependent/day care expenses

INCOME PROTECTION
Depending upon the circumstances regarding an illness or emergency, employees may qualify for the following benefits to provide financial assistance.

Disability

  • Company provided short-term disability coverage
  • Long-term disability coverage available, if employee elected

Life Insurance

  • Company-provided basic life insurance
  • Company-provided basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance
  • Employee supplemental life insurance and ADD up to five times annual base salary
  • Spouse supplemental life insurance up to 50% of the employee's selected life insurance level
  • Child dependent supplemental life insurance

Business Travel Coverage
Company provided global business travel assistance to employees. This benefit provides travel assistance which includes coordination of medical services , travel advisories, legal referrals, personal assistance, etc. when traveling on Company business. This benefit also provides up to four (4) times an employees’ annual salary in life insurance if an employee were to decease while traveling on company-related business.

Relocation Assistance
Subject to management's discretion, reimbursement may be available for company-allowed relocation expenses.

Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance
Company provided global travel assistance for employees who qualify for regular, full time benefits. This benefit provides assistance for medical emergencies for the employee and covered family members while traveling more than 100 miles from home.

RETIREMENT and FINANCIAL PLANNING
Compressor Controls Corporation offers several vehicles to help employees plan for retirement. To support financial planning for the employee and his or her family, the benefits listed below are provided.

Retirement Savings Plan – 401(k)

  • Automatic enrollment after six months of employment
  • Immediate 3% match without employee contribution
  • Up to a 7.5% match for employees who contribute 6% of pay
  • Fully vested 20% per year from hire date
  • Financial planning assistance available through 401(k) administrator

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Eligible to enroll after six months of employment
  • May purchase Roper common stock through payroll deduction with no broker fees and no commissions

LEISURE
Compressor Controls Corporation recognizes our employee’s work hard to support the company. In recognition of these efforts, there is no waiting period to receive vacation and holiday benefits.

Paid Time Off

  • PTO is provided based on years of service up to five weeks

Holidays

  • Nine fixed holidays
  • Two floating holidays
