- Over the past 12 years, through the transformation to ISO-9001: 2000 in 2003, and to its current recertification, CCC employees have demonstrated utmost discipline in following the Quality Management System in all aspects of operations, from design to manufacturing and order entry to field services. CCC’s Quality Management System has always been focused on meeting or exceeding customer expectations, which is made possible through continuous improvement activities throughout the corporation
