The Series 5 Air Miser Control System is developed specifically for integrated control of plant air compressors and replacement of obsolete and/or inadequate control systems.

The Series 5 Air Miser is based on the state-of-the-art hardware, and comes in standard plant air compressor control packages supplemented by optional instrumentation and value packages.

The standard hardware set is housed in a NEMA 4 or NEMA 4x enclosure mountable near your plant air compressor. Color graphics operator interface panel provides for ease of compressor performance monitoring, full control capabilities for operators and configuration data access for maintenance personnel.

In addition to CCC traditional surge control and performance control functionality found in the original Air Miser products, the Air Miser® TL turbocompressor control system offers complimentary functions such as machinery protection, start/stop sequencing of driver-motor and auxiliary equipment that ensure the increased safety of the machinery and improve the overall efficiency of operating the plant air systems.

The Air Miser® ML master control system enables load sharing between compressors, optimizes compressor sequencing and monitors overall efficiency of the compressor network.

The Air Miser product portfolio is complemented by the Air Miser® View, an optional PC-based human-machine interface software.

Air Miser® control system seamlessly integrates with the CCC's Vibrant® (vibration protection and condition monitoring).
