OnShelf-P1™ [Parts Holding Service Module - Priority 1]

Coverage
The OnShelf-P1 Module is covering immediate availability of the specified CCC spare parts to replace, if necessary, the equipment as per the Installed Equipment List. The spare part(s) will be stocked at the customer’s site(s), but will be fully owned by CCC-Des Moines.

Response time
Immediate availability

Transportation
All transportation will be by DHL. Transportation costs will be at collect base (i.e. paid by receiver).

Replenishment
CCC-Des Moines will replenish the shipped spare part(s) within 3 weeks. The Service Contract annual fee is not covering the replenishment costs of the used spare part(s). The costs for replenishment comprise of:
1. Full repair costs (parts and labor) of the defective equipment, or, if irreparable;
2. List price for new equipment.
CCC-Des Moines will decide whether the defective equipment is (technically and economically) reparable or not. The defective equipment will only be repaired if 100% quality for re-use is assured. The replenishment costs will be invoiced to the Customer reference number.

Return of replaced equipment
CCC-Des Moines should receive the replaced defective equipment within 72 hours after usage of the spare part(s) from the OnShelf-P1 stock. If the defective equipment is not received within 72 hours the list price for new equipment will be invoiced.
