OnShelf-P2™ [Parts Holding Service Module - Priority 2]

Coverage
The OnShelf-P2 Module is covering availability of the specified CCC spare parts to replace, if necessary, the equipment as per the Installed Equipment List. The required spare part(s) will be shipped to site within the specified response time. If Module OnShelf-P2 is combined with the Standby Module OnCall, the visiting Field Service Specialist could carry the required spare part(s) to site.

Response time
The required spare part(s) will be shipped to site within 4 hours during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8.30h until 17.00h), and will be on site within 24 hours after shipment. If module OnShelf-P2 is combined with the Standby module OnCall, and if the required spare part(s) are to be carried by the visiting Field Service Specialist the response time will then be as per the response time specified for module OnCall.

Transportation
All transportation will be by DHL. Transportation costs will be at collect base (i.e. paid by receiver).

Replenishment
CCC-Des Moines will replenish the shipped spare part(s) within 3 weeks.
The Service Contract annual fee is not covering the replenishment costs of the shipped spare part(s). The costs for replenishment comprise of:
1. Full repair costs (parts and labor) of the defective equipment, or, if not reparable;
2. List price for new equipment.
CCC-Amsterdam will decide whether the defective equipment is (technically and economically) reparable or not. The defective equipment will only be repaired, if 100% quality for re-use is assured. The replenishment costs will be invoiced to the Customer Reference Number.

Return of replaced equipment
CCC-Des Moines should receive the replaced defective equipment within 72 hours after shipment of the spare part(s) from Des Moines. If the defective equipment is not received within 72 hours the list price for new equipment will be invoiced.
