Coverage
The Parts Replacement Service Module OnShelf-PR is covering replacement, if necessary, of the equipment as per the Installed Equipment List.

Transportation
All transportation will be by DHL. Transportation costs will be at collect base (i.e. paid by receiver).

Note: This Service Module does not cover any Field Engineering Services.
