Coverage
The Telephone Support Module OnTel is covering telephone support within the specified response time, 365/366 days per year, 24 hours per day to assist in solving CCC controller disturbances.
Response time
After a service call, telephone support from a CCC Field Service Engineer is guaranteed within 2 hours.
Rates
For telephone support (including all time spent to resolve the problem) the standard “Services Rate Sheet” is applicable. This rate sheet will be updated annually and is available on request.
Exclusions
The Telephone Support Module OnTel is not covering on-site services. This means that the response time will not be applicable. Maximum response time for on-site services is 4 weeks..
