For control systems mounted in freestanding cabinets, we offer system panels - a cost-effective solution that features the following:

• A three-point latching backdoor that offers access to termination assemblies and internal wiring. This allows easy installation of field wiring and system power as well as simplified maintenance.

• Bottom openings in the cabinet permit entry of field wiring and system power.

• Separate copper bus bars for safety ground and instrumentation ground.

• Removable lifting lugs allow you to readily move and position the cabinet.

These standard features are in compliance with the requirements of most control system installations. Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC) control panels are assembled by technicians who specialize in control panels design and assembly. Our panels feature:

• PVC wiring ducts for better organization and containment of both internal wiring and field wiring.

• Input power partitioned to provide a separate circuit breaker of fused disconnect for each controller or chassis mounted in the panel.

• Internal wiring is installed to our exacting standards, in addition to being color- coded and labeled with CAD-generated heat shrink markers for easy identification.

These fabrication techniques allow you to connect field wiring and power to the system with minimal effort, permitting easy troubleshooting and maintenance. If your particular site requirements cannot be met by standard system panels, CCC offers the following optional features:

• A lockable front-viewing door with Plexiglas window, providing protection while allowing easy observation of control system displays.

• Fan cooling where door louvers alone will not provide adequate cooling. Recommended for environments with higher ambient temperatures.

• Custom paint colors where standard panels may not be compatible with control room decor.

• Top entry for field and power wiring to simplify panel installation when wiring is routed from overhead cable trays or conduit.

• Lockable rear door.
