Our field engineering staff is the most qualified in the industry, with a majority of our engineers having
advanced degrees. They do more than just troubleshoot. They are also capable of analyzing your entire process and assisting in solving its root control problems. With more than 100 dedicated and experienced field engineers worldwide, CCC is always close to your site. Our field service personnel are stationed in strategic industrial regions around the world: Brazil, The Netherlands, Russia, Saudi Arabia, China, The Republic of Singapore, United Arab Emirates, The United States of America (Atlanta, Des Moines, Houston).
By placing our engineers close to the action, we help decrease downtime and save money for our customers. Our always-on-call field engineers can solve problems in person or over the phone. They can also provide specialized engineering studies, control system simulations, and system upgrades.

Field Engineering Services and Service Options
The purchase of each CCC product includes a period of complimentary warranty support. As part of this warranty, CCC will provide complimentary telephone support for 18 months from the date of shipment. This includes telephone support during regular business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday) at CCC's International Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, U.S.A. or CCC’s regional office located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Informal On-Site Training
Working with new equipment can be worrisome, even for the most seasoned on-site engineer. That is
why our field engineers provide comprehensive informal on-site training for your personnel on how to maintain and operate your new CCC control system. They provide manuals and answer frequently asked questions to make the transition smoother. Basic operation and orientation is provided with every system you purchase.

Customized On-Site Training
When was the last time you:

• Analyzed the cause of an alarm in your CCC control system?
• Replaced a faulty transmitter while your compressor was on-line?
• Restarted your turbomachinery train in the middle of the night?

Sometimes your personnel may require training that is more in-depth. Our dedicated Training Specialists can provide customized training specifically tailored to meet your individual process control needs. Customized on-site training is traditionally given to both operations and maintenance staff.
